Saw this movie when it first aired in 1997. I was in the 3rd grade. My eldest sister who was in high school at the time was at work or something and I vaguely remember her calling to tell me to record on VHS a movie called “Friends ‘Til the End” for her to watch when she gets back home. If it weren’t for my oldest sister, I would’ve never heard of or seen this movie. I remember liking some to all of the songs in this movie because they sound like the ‘90s rock band The Cranberries to me or any alternative rock genre of the time. It was the first time I actually watched a movie starring Shannen Doherty. I heard of her from 90210 prior to watching this film, but I was a kid in the ‘90s and American teen drama didn’t interest me at that time. The only reason as to why I was intrigued by Shannen Doherty’s character in 90210 was because, as fate had it, while flipping through the channels as a kid, I came across the very exact scene where someone mentioned her character is a fraternal twin in which her twin brother was played by Jason Priestly, and since I’m a real life fraternal twin, it caught my attention briefly so I stopped flipping through the channels to watch that specific 90210 episode to confirm what I heard-that is whether or not they were in fact twins in the show. But then the camera went onto film other characters and as aforementioned I wasn’t into American teen drama, so I lost interest again and started flipping through the channels again. 🤣🤣🤣 Still today never seen one 90210 episode. But it’s a very ‘90s show indeed.
